This year, in order to give you and your delegation more choices based on your stay and visits to Montreal, you will have the freedom to choose the accommodation of your choice! You will be able to choose from a list of hotels near the event that we will make available on our website very soon, or you can opt for nights in AirBNBs or several types of apartments for rent. This also allows members accompanying your delegation to join us for a few days and visit Montreal at their own pace.
Therefore, accommodations and transfers are NOT included in registration fees. Taxis, Uber, and buses are available at any time from Montreal's International Airport.
Registration do not include accommodations and transfers.

The host country is providing a list of recommended hotels at walking distance from venue that have been visited and for which rates have been negotiated. WRO 2020 assistance will be provided in these hotels. You are free to request extra nights when you book the hotel. Other accommodation options are also available in Montreal if you prefer to select by yourself.
If you do not feel well at freezing point, you can hide from the cold November weather by using one of the many underground tunnels that connect the venue to hotels and shopping areas!
From the airport, they are multiple ways to get to downtown Montreal. You can either take a taxi (or a Uber), use public transportation (such as the bus 747 with service every 20 minutes) or book a seat in a private bus for 10$/person that will bring you directly to one of the recommended hotels.
